Kirsten joined the Computershare business in 2007 as an Account Manager at Georgeson in London. After moving to the Netherlands she led Georgeson’s Benelux team on a number of high-profile transactions, activist situations and shareholder meetings for renowned companies including ASM International, ING Group, Philips and Shell. She has had key involvement in a number of high profile M&A transactions In 2009, Kirsten has additionally taken on the role of Managing Director Netherlands at Computershare extending the local footprint and being involved in numerous shareholder meetings, employee share plan roll-outs and class action litigations. Today, Kirsten has the responsibility for Shareholder Meetings globally withing the Computershare business and holds the position of Head of Continental Europe covering seven country organisations.
